Media filtranti (materassini) alta efficienza

Media filtranti a struttura progressiva costituiti da filamenti di fibre sintetiche addittivate con resine strutturali. I fronti uscita aria “antirilascio”. Nei modelli RBO e AR il media è umettato. Specificatamente realizzati per la filtrazione di polveri fini e microfini, sono indicati per impieghi critici laddove si richiedono alte prestazioni, durata nel tempo e resistenza all’abrasione. Trovano particolare utilizzo nei settori: verniciatura industriale ed estetica, finiture e metallizzazioni speciali, tunnel di essicazione, produzione di lenti, specchi ed in tutti quegli ambienti necessitanti di flussi dinamici di aria pulita. Fortemente resistenti agli agenti atmosferici, sono utilizzabili con valori di umidità relativa da 0 a 100% e temperature di esercizio di 90°C, max di punta 100%. Classe di resistenza al fuoco a secondo dei modelli, F1 sec., DIN 53438 o M2 sec. NFF16101. Fornibile in rotoli di varie metrature e dimensioni.

Realized for the filtering of thin and ultra thin dusts, it is suitable for critical use where are required: high durability and aesthetic painting, finishings and special metallizations, tunnel of drying process production of lenses, mirrors and in all places where need clean dynamic air flow. Strongly resistant to the atmospheric agents. Media can be used with humidity up to 100% and operative temperature of 90°C, max 100°C. Class of fire resistance: F1 sec. DIN. 53438 or M2 sec NFF 16101. Available in rolls of various lengths and sizes.
